Dave and I had to be in Spokane for Katie's talent show so my parents video taped it for us so I figured I would share the tape with you. She knew the whole song but she forgot the words and had a little stage fright but We thing she did awesome. She loves to sing. But unfortunately they told her she couldn't have music behind her and she got lost in the song. But Katie did a wonderful job at singing beings as she is only seven and there was allot of people at the talent show.

OK so I suck on April 20th was Ricky's Birthday

Happy 13Th birthday. Wow how the years do fly by. I love you very much. You are the best kid ever:D Ricky is a very caring and giving teenage:) He is so helpful to me and his dad. He enjoys football, and currently he is in track. Ricky this year has grown up so much that now he is taller then me wow. How thing do change in just a few short months. Happy birthday Ricky Dad and I love you very much.

Bailey is being such a good sport about his birthday and not celebrating because his dad isn't here this week. We will be having a birthday party for both boys next weekend where they will get all their presents. Anyway, Bailey is such a great kids. He is always caring about others and their feelings. Very athletic, loves any kind of sport there is out there (I think). He is also a really big helper when his dad isn't home he like to do dad's jobs around the house. Bailey is also doing very well is school. He is studying very hard and trying his best. He is also my best dressed kid. He always wants his cloths nice and neat. Example we gave him an early birthday present a pair of shoes. Which he didn't wear until today his birthday because he didn't want them dirty:) silly boy. I love to watch Bailey smile he has a smile that can light up the room:) ANYWAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BABY BOY BAILEY!!! ~~~~~~WE LOVE YOU ALWAYS~~~~

little update!

Well, we are all doing good. It finally seems as though we are getting spring weather. Lots of sun shine. This last weekend we spent outside because it was so nice. Cleaning the yard while the kids played on the Trampoline. Taking a walk at the park, playing football w/ the boys. And still something seemed to be missing. Oh, that is right it was my husband. Ya, Dave is still working in Nevada. He loves his job just not being away from the family. Hopefully someday soon we will beable to be down there with him. But only time will tell what happens. Anyway, I have been working alot lately it seems. We started working Fridays now which is great but, now it seems that I don't get much time to clean the house with the kids in school. The kids are doing great Ricky will be 13 on the 20th, Bailey will be 9 on the 18th. Wow how fast they grown up. Katie is doing good she loves being a girl that is for sure but she also knows how to get dirty w/ the boys. Bailey is really happy that the snow is finally gone so that he can go out and ride his bike. Anyways there is your update. Have a great week.

a little depressed!

Sometime, it feels like one can only handle so much before the world comes down on them. In the past 4 months our lives have been like a roller coster up and then down up and then down. I am not sure how much of that one can take before they feel as if their life is falling apart maybe? Sometime, it feels as though all your problems are huge and couldn't get much bigger, then you turn and look and see that it could be much worse. Little of what is going on. Dave is still working in Nevada. How I would love to tell you that we are there with him, I can't. I believe we will be staying here in Montana for a long time. I don't really know how I feel about it though. I was really looking forward to the future of us all being together everyday of every week, Now all that seems to have changed:( Oh well, I do believe that nothing is to big to conquer. Yesterday was awesome. Dave (from Nevada) sent me a dozen roses to work for my birthday, a friend sent me balloons, gift baskets, candle wax burners, coffee cup, and my parents gave me a sweater. What a great birthday, but I must say there was one most important part of my life missing my HUSBAND:( I know that you have to do what you can to make you family's life easier. But I am here to tell you it is becoming harder. OK OK I will stop complaining. I know there are other people out there in a lot worse spots then me. I do however want Dave to know how much we love and miss him everyday he is gone from home.

So I know it has been awhile since I posted last. Well, here is what has been going on. Dave has been home a couple times. And we are starting to learn how to deal with him gone a week at a time. It is very hard though. When he comes home he is home for 6 days and then gone for 8. The 6 days go by so quickly that it doesn't seem he is here that long.
The kids are doing good. Bailey is starting to do better in school and is trying a lot harder. He is enjoying math and reading now more then he has ever. Ricky, well Ricky would much rather be on a gaming system then do anything but he is doing good. I tell you that boy is getting big he is now taller than me. Katie well she is little miss thing, she loves school and to go to the after school program. She has been having a lot of fun singing at the after school program too. Dave is loving his job in Nevada. He doesn't like to be away from home but he is enjoying being at work. We have decided that it is best for us to stay here in Montana and have Dave travel back and forth so that we don't have to rent a house in Nevada or take the kids out of school and make them meet new friends and try and adjust to a new place. Dave also has a friend in Nevada that he has worked with for the past 3 or 4 years so it makes the stay down there a little easier for him. As far as I going everything is going OK. I am still working.

So, the kids are doing good. They do miss there dad very much. But for the most part they are doing good. There dad sent all of us a card in the mail and that was awesome to receive when we are all missing him so much. But here is a few pictures that I promised along time ago. Oh how I miss this man. I can not wait till he gets home. The hugs and kisses, late night talks of our day, Just his simple smile. I can not imagine my life with out him and oh how do I love him soooooo much. His thoughtfulness, caring and considerate ways. I am looking forward to the day he comes home so that I can tell him in person what he means to me. There are so many things that I love about this man I can't even list them all. But I am here to tell you that I have to be the luckiest woman on this earth because I could have not asked for a better husband then Dave. Anyways, I will stop typing and will post more pictures in a few minutes. I finally down loaded them :)

MISSING DAVE!!!!!

Ok, so here is the scoop. I miss my husband. I feel like there is a piece of me missing with him out of town. I don't know I guess just a little depressed since it will be more then a week before he is able to come home. Man this sucks. Sorry just felt like complaining a little. Love ya Darcie
PS the kids are doing ok. They miss their dad too. He calls at least twice a day to talk to us but it isn't the same with out him here. Anyway talk to you all soon.

I know I know, it has been to long sorry!

Well a lot has happened since the last time I posted. Here is a little of what has been going on. On December 5th Dave received a phone call saying that he no longer had a job they are layed off. Great right before Christmas this is wonderful. Then to top things off on that line his unemployment was messed up so he wasn't sure if he would have that. Anyway, everything worked out. For Christmas we didn't know if we would even be able to buy anything for the children since I am the smart one and like to do last minute shopping I hadn't purchased anything yet. Well, thanks to my wonderful boss whom saved Christmas for my family. At work we got a Christmas bonus (Thank you, thank you, thank you) Anyways, if it weren't for that Christmas bonus I wouldn't have been able to buy the children anything. So along with the story. Christmas was awesome Dave was home and we all had fun. He about 4 days ago Dave received a call stating he was to go back to work. Thank gosh!!!!!!!! But the catch is he has to leave Troy and go to Elko, Nv. OMG that is a long ways away:( He left yesterday for his very long journey through Montana, Idaho and on to Utah to see his sister and her family before make the next 200 some mile journey to Nv. Dave left yesterday morning @ 9:30 am and arrived @ his sisters house @ 10:15 pm. What a long trip for him. The bad thing he has been gone for 1 full day and I am going nuts with out him:( Alright well he will only be gone 21 days then he will be home for about 3 then back down he goes. The kids are good. Bailey isn't doing so hot with his dad not here (daddy's boy) But he gets to talk to daddy every time I do. Me I have been good. I have to say I love my job and everyone I work with. It has to be the best job I have ever had. I mean if you want a job that you affect people to the good. This is the job. I must say I love work:) Katie is doing good she finally let me cute her bangs which have been growing for about 1 1/2. She looks so cute with them cut:) Ricky has been watching football, football, football. That is his new love for life. Along with video games. maybe later today I can post some pictures of the kids. I am not sure If I have any or not since the last month has been an emotional roller coaster I don't believe we have taken that many pictures. But I will look. The great thing is we have now got off the roller coaster and are hoping we are on solid ground:) Anyway I will post more later today.

Can you be to nice? Or is it wrong to say thank you and please? Well today at work was like any other day at the office. Except I was talking to my coworker the yesterday about a seminar I had went to where the lady said in the work place we need to applaud the things or coworkers do and always remember to say please and thank you. Well, I just laughed because I never ask for something with out saying please and never do I not say thank you. We talked about this and other things. And then today I didn't have time to clean a room:) we became very busy and I typed out to the front and asked if someone would come back and clean my room and do the dishes please and thank you. To which I received a reply of you make me sick lol you are to nice. So the question I ask is can you be to nice. (BTW they were kidding they said it was cute:) imagine that I am cute hahahaha) Anyway, this is my question can you be to nice or polite? Let me know what you think.
My thought on it is if you treat people how you want to be treated then they just might learn a little about you. And also isn't it nice to hear thank you once in awhile or you are appreciated by someone:) TTYAL. Darcie

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This year there is a lot to be thankful for. Our health, family, friends, and being happy:) It has been a wonderful year. Our family has had many new experiences one of which was when Dave took a job out of town. He was gone for a week and a day. However, I am so thankful that he now has a job at home (he is home every night). I love having the family together for dinner every night. I am thankful for my children they are the best kids in the whole world:) OK I know every mother says that. But really my children are trying very hard to help me out more. They are learning how to clean up after themselves:) What a great accomplishment. I am thankful that we live close to my family:) However, I really wish that we could live closer to Dave's family. I would love to get to know them a lot better. Maybe someday. Anyways, life here has been very busy we are trying to get ready for Christmas and making room for a tree in our living room (what a mess):0. Alright well it is really late so I must go for now. I will write more tomorrow. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

going crazy!!!!!

Alright, between trying to get the house cleaned up (which isn't going so smoothly) and my kids wanting everything from the kitchen sink to all the toys in the world. I am going a little crazy. So tonight I wanted to clean the house so that I could have it done before I had to go back to work tomorrow. Which let me tell you didn't get done. And I have no idea when it might get done seeings as how everytime I seem to get one room cleaned up. Katie my little mess maker seems to go behind me like a hurricane and distroy the room. I am tired of cleaning. Really I am. I believe my husband doesn't think I ever clean. Which I probably don't clean as much as I should but when it always gets messed up before I or anyone else can enjoy it, it is a little hard to convince myself that I am doing a good job. So I find myself these days just looking the other way at the mess. Ok enough of the complaining. My kids are off to bed and fighting as usual. DOES IT EVER STOP???????????? I guess with being sick this week I have lost all my cool with fighting and mess making. Maybe tomorrow might be a better day. I sure do hope so. since my house is really looking like a junk yard:) Anyway will try and post more tomorrow as far as tonight goes I need to go to bed before I loose all my marbles that I have left. :) Nite all

sorry it has been over a week since last post!

Well this last week was kinda crazy. On Saturday I went out hunting with my brother, while Dave stayed home with the children. I love that about him he is willing to take one day from his schedule and watch the children while I go out and do something. Anyway, when I got home I felt sick like I had a head ache. Well, the next day Sunday I was SO sick that yet another day Dave had to watch the children while I slept and tried to feel better. OK so on Monday I went to the doctor and found out I had strep throat again. So they are going to take my tonsils out. Yeah for me not really. But anyway this week has been crazy I feel like all my children want to do is fight and want money money money. Which is not cool in my book. I wish that they would just relax a little. Anyway will post a little more in a while here is a picture of Brady Dave's oldest son. ok well I guess it wont let me post picture right now so I will get it on here in awhile need to go finish dinner.

Ricky's big hunt:)

Ok so I know I am behind on my blog but let me tell you alittle of what has been going on. WORK:) Alright, so this afternoon Dave decided to go out hiking with Ricky to teach him how to be quite in the woods while you are hunting. So they went out and said for me to pick them up on the highway @5:30 pm. So Bailey, Katie, and I go to where we are suppose to pick them up at about 5:15 pm I wasn't exactly sure where we were suppose to be so I was driving up and down the highway looking for them and didn't see them. When we came back to where we were suppose to be so I thought we had just pulled in the turn out when Katie starts talking about this car that something is wrong with them and I should go check to see if they are ok. Well, this car that was right behind me before I pulled into the turn out pulled off the side of the road. We sat there for about I don't know 10-15 minutes before it started to get dark when I decided that maybe I was in the wrong place to pick Dave and Ricky up. It is now about 5:45 so I figures I will drive by the car that is parked along the road and now there is a police officer there (John). Ok, so we go to drive by and go to the other place they might have come out at when I look over to see....... Dave and Ricky walk along the road (no guns just looking for something it appears) Well to make a long story short Ricky had shot a buck up at the top of the mountain. The deer didn't want to make it easy on him or did he???? The deer ran down the hill to the highway where he decided that since he was going to die one way or another he will just jump out infront of a moving Ford explorer. So Ricky my mighty hunter shot his first buck and made a great story for me to tell to you all. His buck he gets to keep and the people that hit the deer aren't very happy (they think we should pay for thier car)(I don't think so). I am sorry that the deer hit thier car but you know what at least we didn't have to pack it out. LOL. Anyways here is the picture of Ricky's first deer 5x6 whitetail buck 11-07-08

Lazy day's of Fall:)

Today was kind of a lazy day for me I didn't do much around the house. However, I was talking with Dave the other day and I had mentioned that the wood was getting low outside. He told me that I could use his chain saw and saw some up if I felt like it as long as I checked the gas and oil in it so today with my laziness I decided I better cut some up before going to work tomorrow. I ran a chain saw for the first time in my life today YAHOOOOOOOO. Being so excited to tell Dave when he came home I was jumping up and down. When Ricky got to it before I did:( But he was excited for me. However, I ask myself should I have told him? Know I can't say we need wood I don't know how to run the saw LOL. Anyway, for more news Ricky had a friend over today, they watched MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL yeah :) I am beginning to think that our oldest son is growing up:( Katie went to girl scouts and had a lot of fun when I went to pick her up she was eating a brownie and drinking cool aid. She says "mom can I go to the after school program?" I ask "why? you said you didn't want to go to it anymore!" She replies "Well you see mom! They have good snakes there and I would like to eat some more" Lol. What a girl she think that I don't have good snakes at home. Well of course they aren't new choices. Bailey came home today all proud of himself. First you have to understand we have been struggling with him in school work. So he comes home and throws his papers at me yelling I have a C+ I have a C+. OK so I look at the first paper he gives me and it is his spelling test 101% I tell him Bay this is an A+ which he says I know I know I have a C+ though lol. OK so I look through the papers and he gets frustrated and shows me his math test which he is right a C+ 79%. I am so proud of that kid he is really trying. At the begging of school all the papers he was bringing home were F's which was hard to take because we knew he could do better but didn't want to punish him because he isn't the type of kids that when you punish him he does better. No he just gives up because he doesn't think he can do it. So incentive incentive, incentive is our mod ow. At the end of the year if he can get straight A's he will get his dad's monster truck it is nitro powered. Or he can have the littler monster truck if he gets good grades with nothing below a C. Anyways that was my day today. Type to you all tomorrow. Sorry I will pick up my camera tomorrow after work and post pictures then I promise

Had a great weekend!!!!!!!!!!!

Halloween was fun. We went out with a friend of mine and her children. It was a lot of fun. However my feet are still sore we walked the whole town. And received lots of candy oh my gosh the kids have been on a sugar high for the last two days. I can not wait till school tomorrow. Anyways I forgot my camera at my parents house so I will get it and post pictures tomorrow. Anyway, what else?? I am still on my mission to be a better parent, wife and person. I did finally get most of my house kind of clean. We has a friend over today which was fun. It was the same friend we went trick or treating with she has three kids 2 girls and a boy well the boy is her nephew but she always has him. The kids are all very close so it is fun when we are all together. Dave is doing good he is on his week on. Well, I am still in the proses of making my list of things to do but it is going good I think.

On a different note have you ever found a person that you do not particularly like but kind of have to because of some reason or another. Well for those of you who know me know I am an easy going person who is easy to get along with but I have found this person that it is so hard to get along with. The person has a personality of a flat board. I am not joking they don't know how to have a conversation with out it being turned around to be about them. Or by down grading my children and you know what makes me the most mad. This person should be a friend of mine or at least I wish we could be friends given the circumstances. I however feel like I have give them plenty of chances to be my friend and have stuck up for them more then once and for what for them to give me crap in front of a whole bunch of my friends about my children. What ever. Anyways, I wish I could help them be a little better at their social engagements. But you know what it is like talking to a brick wall. Oh well maybe someday they will not try so hard to be better then everyone else. For now I will just deal with it. That is my thoughts and for today I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and a great week to come.

OK well.....

Today has been a day pretty much the norm. Although for Halloween I have convinced Katie to be a girl from the 1950's era. She will be wearing a poodle skirt (which my mom and I made). The skirt is really cute we just finished it tonight. will post pictures tomorrow night sometime. Anyway, Bailey is going to be a vampire, Ricky will be a clone war person off star wars. I am not exactly sure if Bailey will end up being a vampire because he has changed his mind like one thousand time in the past week. Anyways, I finally got a raise today at work which is awesome. I think I deserve it since I have been there for over a year and never received one. OK, so today on my journey of becoming someone better. I took the children to Libby to get the rest of their outfits but let me tell you it was quite a challenge since Bailey has changed his mind so much. Anyways, in Libby we had a good time other than at the store where my children believe that their dad and I are millionaires and can afford anything their hearts desire. But they received what they needed for their costumes. Tomorrow will be an adventure that I am looking forward to. I love Halloween it is so much fun to pretend for one day that you are someone or something you aren't. Anyway this is my post for the day talk to you all tomorrow.

Ok here's a thought (just me rambling)

I have been think a lot these past few months. My life just seems kinda blah. Anyways I feel like it is passing by and there's no catching up to it. I want to make changes. There is so much that I want to do and I feel the longer I wait the faster life just passes bye. I don't want to be a person that sits around letting there life pass by and do nothing with it. OK here is my thoughts.
I am going to try and blog everyday even if there is nothing going on. I also want to make more memorable moments with my family. I would love to change things for the better. I know I am not going to do this over night but I have been think about this for about 3 months on how I would do things different if I had a do-over in life. So here is my thoughts, I want to make the time to read and do fun activities with my children, have a nice quite talk or even a romantic dinner with my husband, I want to be more involved with things as a whole. I guess what I want most at this moment is to feel like I am making a difference. I just think that ever moment that goes by it is a moment lost. So anyways from this moment on I am going to try and do my very best at making memorable moments for me and my family. So to start this off I am going to make a list of things that either my children or family as a whole would like to do or see be done.

Well a lot has been going on lately. We received a call from Dave's son Brady and he wants to get to know us again. Which is great I am so excited to get to see him after 2 1/2 years. Also Ricky has his last football game on Monday. He is doing really well. Dave has been helping him learn to play the game. Katie joined girl scouts she will be a Daisy this year she is very excited. Also Troy has a new learning center which will hold activities for the kids after school one of the activities is tumbling. I am so excited for Katie she has wanted to do gymnastics for a year or so now and she finally gets to all for free can't beat that. There really is nothing for Bailey to do right now but when the learning center opens they will have computer CD making and such which that is what Bailey wants to do. He is doing good in school this year, he is really enjoying his time there. However, we just wish that there was something he could do since the other two are doing stuff. However, he gets to go hunting and four wheeling with his dad:) Dave has been busy at work and at home trying to get the house ready for the winter. Long day

Ok I know it has been forever since I posted

Well, life has been crazy around here. The kids all started school 3 weeks ago. Ricky is in 6Th grade. He is playing football this year and taking hunter safety. Needless to say he is a busy kid. Bailey is in 3rd grade but his class is the 3rd/4Th grade class. He is liking school and his new teacher. This is her first year of teaching so she is fun and energetic. Anyways Bailey is doing great. Katie is in 1st grade and has the same teacher Bailey had in 1st grade which is a great think. Katie is wanting to be a cheerleader still however my friend is the coach of the high school cheerleaders and is talking about having the older girls teach the younger ones. Which I think will be very nice for Katie. Dave has now moved back home and has a new job with a contract mining company. He is enjoying being home every night. The pay is not that bad either. We love that he is home every night and he takes the kids to school on his days off. Anyway, the new job he has can take us anywhere. It just depends on were he is needed. We may be moving to Butte Montana in a year or so. But we will not know until the summer of 09. I am still working at the dentist office and loving it. I have now been there for a year which is exciting. I have had lots of thing done to my mouth right now I am waiting for an appliance to straighten my teeth:D Anyways we purchased a new car at the end of March this year. It is a 08 Chevy cobalt. I love my new car. Now that Dave is home I actually get to drive it lol. I have pictures I will post on here later. I don't have time right now to do it. I am in the middle of cooking dinner. OK OK I Know Long time no post

Well life has been really crazy around here. Dave left this week to start his new job in Washington. He left Monday morning:( We talk everynight which is great. I really miss him though:( I can not wait till Friday night when he gets home. He likes his job even though he is still in training and hundreds of miles away. The kids are doing better then I expected them to do. They do cry sometime at night because they want their daddy but for the most part they are doing great with it. Maybe that is because he talkes to them every night too. Anyways, I guess I am just missing Dave:(

Ok enough or I will start to cry. For easter we went to the park and the kids each one some prizes. Katie won 2 stuffed easter bunnies, and a basket w/ lost of stuff in it also something else and I can not remember what it was. Bailey won a pensil box and some candy. Ricky won a badmitten racet with the birdies. We had alot of fun on easter spending it together.

I have been working alot lately it seems like. I still really like working at the dentist office. My parents have been watching the kids since Dave is out of town. Thank goodness that they are here or I wouldn't beable to work. This week is spring break so I guess it makes it alittle harder for the kids since I have to work and their dad isn't here. So they are haveing to spend all day at grandparents house. I will post some pics of sunday. Anyway there is your update Kari and Julie. Talk to you guys later.

Alittle bit of good w/ a little bad!

Dave took a new job. He still has to go and have his physical but that will be this week sometime. The good news is that he will be makeing more money and the company is a good one from what we hear. The bad news is he has to be away for 7 days. He will be working 7 on 7 off. Which is cool he will be home for 7 days but then it isn't cool because he will also be out of town for 7 days. I think he may like the job better though. There is so much more benifites to this job then the one he has now. And the company he is going to go to work for is a really big one so that is a plus too. You may ask why he is going to start a new job well because the mine here decided that even though Dave has put in his time he shouldn't get a raise which is a crock. But the worst part of that is they told him he would get a raise and then 2 months later when it wasn't here yet he went and ask and they said no you didn't get it. No reasons no answers so needless to say it made Dave mad so he started looking for another job. One that the people will respect what he does and appreciat him for his job. Anyway that is some of our news.

Oh yah, Katie made it in to the talent show for the kids here. She is a finalist for singing w/ one of her friends. Not all the kids will make the show I guess but she did. I am very proud of her. It is really neat that she will be in the show singing. But it does not suprize us. She runs around the house all day singing and dancing.

Bailey recieved and A++++ on his spelling test on friday. Which is really awsome beings as we have been having a little trouble w/ that all year long. He also is going to try out for the talent show. His class hasn't audioned yet though.

Ricky is doing great he brought all his grade up. Oh and he has a new girl friend named Cassi. For Valentines day he bought her a stuffed puppie and a rose. (with his own money) I think it is cute they are so funny. The other night Ricky and Bailey figured out how to use the messanger and they talked to Chris, Corey and Aunt Julie online. (they loved typing to all of you.) Anyway that is pretty much it here.

Long time no blog

Well life has been very busy around here. Dave and I have been working and taking care of sick kids. Ya, you have to love the flu season. We have been plowing our driveway about ever other day. It has snowed here about 2 more feet in the last week. Anyway, the kids are doing good they have been sick but I am hopefull that it is almost done. The kid's report cards came this week and I am proud to report that Ricky and Bailey's grades came up now they have C's and B's. Katie has all A's which is a nice change:) Oh, and we now offically have a zoo at our house. Our friends lab had puppies which are full breed labs. So we took 2 of them home with us leaving us w/ 4 dogs, 2 cats, 2 cockatiles, Bailey's ant farm, a goat, and my brother's dog. Wow, what a house full:) I will post some pictures of the puppies soon. Christmas is over and the new year is upon us:)

Ok so I know I haven't updated my blog in awhile sorry for those of you who care:) It has been very hecktic around here:) Over the kids break and mine we did all of the Christmas stuff. Then after Christmas Linda came and stayed for a couple of days. Which was alot of fun for the kids and us:) Just last night we had alot of rain on top of the tons of snow we have and Dave's shop thing feel down. That really sucks but like I told him he can fix it easy and at least nothing was hurt too bad in the collaps. here are a few pictures over the break enjoy. Well today we received about 7 inches of new snow. And there is still more to come:) We haven't been doing much except trying to get ready for Christmas and I still have not sent out the Christmas cards. I plan on sending them out tomorrow or the next day. I am trying to get the pictures that are going into them printed up. The kids have been busy decorating cookies and gingerbread houses. Which let me tell you has been a lot of fun. My mom decided that the kids need to help us bake and decorate everything:) Dave has been busy plowing snow with his four wheeler. But today he decided that after he was done plowing he would take my four wheeler out and play in the snow with it. My four wheeler is a blaster and it is a fast machine. However, Dave and his smart thinking;) tried to whip a Brodie and flipped the four wheeler 3 times one with him on it. He is OK.... A little sore but OK. He came back and told me that he does not wont to ride mine no more it is too much fun and he gets himself into trouble:) Anyway everyone is still doing good and nothing much has changed. Although our friends dog had puppies and my loving husband wants one. They are Labs. Ya so besides are 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 birds, 1 goat, now we are going to make it 4 dogs. I think we are trying to start a farm around here lol. Oh my gosh I hope not:)

LONGGGGGGGGGGGGG DAY

Today was a very busy day. We all woke up this morning and had to go out and get firewood:) But the great part about the firewood is that it is in our front yard yep we bought a logging truck load this year so that we didn't have to go out and find it:( But yet we still have to cut it up and stack it which sucks. Anyway, we cut up a truck load and brought it down where we make a stack. Then we decided that since we just purchased Dave a snowplow for his four wheeler we should probably put it on since it is suppose to snow all week here yep again. So that put us outside all day and with it only being at the most 19 degrees out it was a little cold. Anyway then when we finally made it in the house at about 4 pm. We stood by the fire to get warm because by now we are all freezing. Then the kids went down to Mama and Papa to play with their cousins and Dave and I are finally alone in a nice warm house. Yep that is what we though not going to happen though one of our friends showed up just as Dave was watching football and I was getting ready to take a nap. Anyway we went picked up the kids, ate dinner and Mom and Dad's and came home and are getting ready for bed. What a great and long day I tell ya. Anyway I am hoping to post some more pictures in the days to come. Oh and I plan on mailing Christmas cards out this week sometime. So if they are late I promise they are coming:D Have a good night all:)

A little of what is going on here.

Well it has been a few days since I last posted. We have been very busy around here. Getting ready for the holidays and making Christmas cards. Ya they may be late but better then never right! To tell you what has been going on here. Well lots and lots of rain. Today it finally stop and was nice outside. I wish that the weather would make up it's mind though. We took the kids to the dentist and go figure now we are looking at Orthodontics. Yep Bailey and Ricky both. Bailey needs a palatal expander, Ricky needs braces. Ya fun stuff. But they are going to wait till next year sometime before we even think about it. The kids are getting really excited for Christmas. But you know they still haven't really told me what they want for Christmas. Ricky has he really really wants a DS. Bailey I don't think knows what he wants. And Katie wants anything girlie. Dave finally got his plow for his four wheeler. So know maybe it will snow so that he can actually us it:) Probably wont know though. I must say that for thous of you that blog. I love to read about what is going on in your life and see all the pictures of the family:) I will post more pictures tomorrow. I haven't had any time to take pictures lately. Talk to you all soon.

OK so yesterday morning we woke up to a bunch of snow! And this morning we wake up to a bunch of slush. Yep, slush it has rained all night and day now it is a big old mess outside. Thank gosh for friends. Amos and Robbin came over yesterday and plowed our driveway out. However today it is now just a big old slush pile. We need a boat to get to our vehicles. I will post some pictures later. Anyway there is a little update of what is going on here. Oh and we didn't send the kids to school today because this school sends the kids outside unless it is freezing. So there for we didn't want our kids to get any sicker then they already are. OK talk to you all later:)

DID WE SAY LET IT SNOW? WE SHOULD HAVE SAID DUMP THE SNOW ON US!

All righty then! Today it snowed about 36 or so inches and did not let up at all. However tonight it is now rain outside. YUCK. And I am happy to report that Dave's shed is still standing Yahoo. Anyway the kids went out side and played in the snow for awhile today. Ricky was out most of the day, Katie to one step out the door and promptly came back into the house, and Bailey went out for about 30 minutes and came in saying his tummy hurt him:*( Poor baby has the flu yet again. Dave decided to take his four wheeler out and play in the snow for awhile today. I didn't do much out side except shovel a path for the goat to get from his house to ours:) can't make him hope through the snow seeings as how it is above his head already. Today was fun and very magical for the kids. The snow came so fast and so much of it that the kids are convinced that Santa is actual going to come to our house lol. Ya like he hasn't when there was no snow on the ground but OK. I finally put back up the Christmas tree since the cats decided to knock it over while we were at work. I had to to tie it up so that they can't knock it down again. Anyway, I believe the kids are staying home from school tomorrow since it snowed so much here today and now that it is raining we have decided that they can stay home and we will go sledding or something tomorrow. I will post a few more pictures of all the snow to show you all how much snow actually came down today. Keep in mind these pictures were taken this afternoon and it snow all day up until about 8 pm. However, we are under another snow storm warning. Which is suppose to hit tonight and we are going to get another 24 to 36 inches of snow. Ya just what we wanted to hear:D Alright enough for tonight enjoy the pictures:D
